*Cooking times may vary.
- Rinse, slice into small section, and remove the skin of the watermelon.
- Add the 1 whole watermelon into a juicer for best results or a blender if you don't have a juicer. *May add 2 tbsp of tumeric root for extra anti-inflammatory benefits without affecting the flavor.
- The pulp is very nutritious and carries hydrating elements, however to remove the pulp strain juice through cheese cloth or a kitchen stainless steel strainer.
- Next add the 3 tbsp of lemon juice, then place into the refrigerator for 2 hours to serve chilled. Watermelon juice is great for exercise recovery by decreasing inflammation and DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), as well as, a superior and natural hydration remedy. Enjoy!
