- Begin by melting the 1 bar of dark chocolate in a sauce pan on a low heat.
- Peel and cut each of the 2 whole bananas into 1 inch long sections.
- Cover each banana with the now melted dark chocolate, and place large cooking sticks or toothpicks into the tail ends of each banana piece. *Garnish each banana piece with coconut flakes or crushed nuts for an extra complexity.
- Then, set the banana pieces on a piece of wax paper and place them in the freezer overnight. Enjoy on a hot day!
