Cooking Instructions
- Place 2 bars of dark chocolate into a medium sized pot.
- Heat on low until all chocolate is melted to a liquid. But be careful not to boil, this will decrease its flavor.
- Immediately place the 2 cups of almonds into the same pot and use a wooden spoon to spread the chocolate onto all almonds.
Finishing the Dish
- For extra flavoring, garnish almonds with coconut flakes, organic bee pollen, or cinnamon.
- Allow almonds to cool for 15 minutes before eating or place finished almonds into the refrigerator for faster cooling times. Enjoy!
