  1. Rinse and add the 2 hanfuls of arugula lettuce into a salad bowl.
  2. Rinse and chop the 1 whole pear and 1 cup of strawberries into bite sized pieces.
  3. Add the pear, strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp of pine nuts, and 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds on top of the arugula lettuce. Then, top everything with the 2 tbsp of olive oil, 4 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1/8 tsp of sea salt.
  4. Mix everything together in the same bowl, and enjoy!
