  1. Rinse and chop the 4 whole roma tomatoes, 1/2 cup of white onion, 1 whole serrano pepper, 1/4 cup of cilantro, and 1 clove of garlic finely.
  2. Add the ingredients into a bowl followed by the 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, and 2 tbsp of lime juice.
  3. Serve immediately, refrigerate left-overs, and enjoy with organic corn tortillas or on a scoop of basmati rice and black beans!
