  1. Heat a large frying pan to a medium/high heat.
  2. Rinse and chop the 5 cups of cabbage, 1 clove of garlic, 1 cup of yellow onion, and 2 cups of tofu. Then, add to the frying pan with the 2 cups of white sprouts, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 3 tbsp of olive oil, and 1 cup of water.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve immediately hot and enjoy! Great for a healthy post-workout meal!
