Tomato, Garlic, and Basil Salad

Ingredients
  • 2cups cherry tomatoesorganic, halved
  • 1/2cup fresh basil leavesorganic, minced
  • 1clove garlicorganic
  • 1/2cup purple onionsorganic, minced
  • 2tbsp olive oilorganic
  • 1tbsp aged balsamic vinegarorganic
  • 1/2tsp course black pepper
  • 1/8tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse and chop the 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves, and 1/2 cup of purple onion finely. Chop the 2 cups of cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Add all ingredients into a salad bowl and mix together as one. Enjoy! *May add garbanzo beans or cottage cheese as a protein source.
