Rinse the 8 whole radishes, 4 whole scallions, 1/2 whole jalapeno pepper, and 2 stems of parsley. Use a food processor or chop all ingredients finely. Then, add them to a salsa bowl.
Add while stirring, the 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, and 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
Serve with organic corn chips or vegetables and enjoy!
