Instructions
Chop the 3 cloves of garlic and parsley finely.
Add the 3/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp of parsley into a mason jar or container with a lid and shake for 15 seconds.
Enjoy on salads and mixed vegetables!
