  1. Heat a deep frying pan to a medium/high heat and add the 3 tbsp of olive oil, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, 1 tsp of rosemary, and 1 tsp of oregano leaves.
  2. Once the pan is hot, add the pine nuts and cook stirring regularly until they begin to brown about 15 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool and enjoy!
