Preheat a flat grill pan to a medium heat and add a bit of olive oil to make it non stick.
Place the 1/4 cup of amaranth flour, 2 tbsp of soy milk, 1 whole banana, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 whole egg, and 1/8 tsp of sea salt into a bowl and whisk together until smooth and consistent.
Use a large soup serving spoon and add one scoop at a time onto the hot grill pan. Cook each side until golden brown. Then, add the 2 tbsp of honey on top for sweetness.
