Ingredients
  • 3cups broccoliorganic
  • 2cups vegetable brothorganic
  • 1tbsp olive oilorganic
  • 1/8tsp black pepper
  • 1/8tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse and slice the 3 cups of broccoli into small edible circles.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a cooking pot on a medium heat. Cook until the broccoli pieces are tender, about 10 minutes. If they fall off of a 3 pronged fork easily, they are done.
  3. Allow to cool slightly. Eat the broccoli slices first, then drink the broth. Enjoy!
