Instructions
Allow the 1 cup of sunflower seeds to soak for 12 hours.
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
If you would like a smoother drink, strain through cheese cloth. Then, refrigerate and chill for 3 hours. Enjoy!
