  1. Rinse the 2 cups of cranberries and place into a sauce pan with the 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup of honey and bring to a boil.
  2. Cover with lid and turn down the heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes until cranberries have completely softened.
  3. Place sauce into a bowl and add in the 1 tsp of orange zest to taste. Enjoy! *Can also add in orange juice to cut the tartness of the cranberries.
