  1. Add the 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of raisins, and 1 tsp of honey into a medium frying pan on a high heat. Stir continuously and cook until the honey has caramelized onto the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins. About 5 minutes.
  2. Allow contents to cool and place into a container along with 1 bar of broken bits of dark chocolate. Then, add the 1/2 tsp of sea salt over the top and shake for flavor mixing! Enjoy!
