  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Rinse and slice the 4 cups of beets into thin chips. You may use a large cheese grater for this or equivalent. Then, place the beets onto a cooking sheets with the 2 tbsp of olive oil and the 1 tsp of sea salt sprinkled on top of each chip. Bake until the beet chips are crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Serve when cooled, and enjoy!
