Ingredients
  • 10whole carrotsorganic
  • 2tbsp turmeric rootorganic
  • 1cup red tomatoesorganic
  • 3tbsp lemon juiceorganic
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1/2cup water
Instructions
  1. Rinse and place all ingredients except the black pepper into a juicer. Use the 1/2 cup of water to clear the left over juices from the juicer machine.
  2. Add the 1/2 tsp of black pepper and mix together.
  3. Serve immediately, and enjoy! Great for anti-inflammation and post-workout muscle recovery.
