Instructions
Rinse and place all ingredients except the black pepper into a juicer. Use the 1/2 cup of water to clear the left over juices from the juicer machine.
Add the 1/2 tsp of black pepper and mix together.
Serve immediately, and enjoy! Great for anti-inflammation and post-workout muscle recovery.
