  1. Rinse and slice the 1 whole watermelon in half and then in half again. Then, slice off 1 inch thick triangle pieces. Try to include the outer skin also.
  2. Place Popsicle sticks or cooking sticks into the bottom ends of each watermelon slice. Then, place into the freezer for up to 4 hours.
  3. Great for hot days and to stay hydrated especially for athletes. Enjoy!
