  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. On a baking sheet, place the 1 cup of pumpkin seed pepitas and cover with the 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Then, bake until the pepitas begin to brown and become crispy, about 15 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool, and enjoy!
