First, juice the 3 cups of pitted cherries and 1/4 cup of lime together in a juicer using the 1 cup of water to clear the extra juice inside the juicer. *Can use blender, but juicer is preferred.
Add the 1 tbsp of honey and 1/8 tsp of sea salt while stirring in a bowl or glass cup. Enjoy before, after, or during exercise for improved body performance and recovery!
