  1. Peel and remove any seeds from the 1 whole orange. Then, cut into 4 wedges.
  2. Mince the 1 tsp of ginger root.
  3. Add all ingredients including the 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of soy milk, and 1 tbsp of avocado oil into a blender and mix for 15 seconds. Enjoy!
