Onion and Garlic Green Leaf Salad with Sea Salt

  1. Rinse, chop, and add the 2 large leaves of green leaf lettuce into a salad bowl.
  2. Mince the 1 clove of garlic finely. Cut the 1 cup of white onion into thin slices.
  3. Add the 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper into a glass and whisk together.
  4. Place the 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds and 1 cup of white onion on top of the salad. Then, top everything with the dressing.
  5. Mix everything together in the same bowl, and enjoy!
