  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Chop the 1 clove of garlic finely. Pull the leaves off the stem of the 1 whole kale leaf.
  3. Slice a channel in the 1 whole yam down the middle like a baked potato. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Then, add the 1/2 cup of black beans, kale leaves, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1/8 tsp of sea salt, and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. Bake for another 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy!
